Hi, I have a Maxisys I want to sent data loggin but the massage show up sending failed please connect to enternet blablablablabla how can I fix this please help me!Tags: maxisys , sending , loggindata , failed

send complaints or request to autel china by clicking on diagnostic software on this page on top then under your account click on issue fill all boxes choose autel china send your complaint or issue they will answer you remember there are a 12 hours difference from usa and china i do mine late at night eastern time and most of the time i have an answer the next morning. good luck hope it works for you. -

Thanks for your reply, I I had watched this videos and but I have probleme I can't send
report from loggin failed I can't upload my reprts I have some reports like loggin data
filed for Toyota avalon, Nisan picup ...... -

i see where it says tranning videos. but all i see is blank page if the videos are not loaded yet -

You have to log in to autel page from a pc not the tool you will see the videos on the
first page under training training solution it works fine here all 6 videos i watched
them no problem i have not tried sending a data log ever i just send compaints or
issues report this works for me so far i am going to follow steps on the video see how
it works -

I have not tried sending a data log to see if it works i am going to give it a try and report
